3 tbsp. rice vinegar
3 tbsp. white sesame seeds
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1" piece ginger (grated)
1/2 cup water
1/2 lemon (juiced)
add all ingredients into a blender and mix until the dressing become a little thick and creamy. about 3 mins. refrigerate and serve when chilled.
