korean style spicy stir fried pork

1 1/2 pounds pork belly (chopped into bite sizes)
1 medium onion (sliced)
3 scallions (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp. ginger (minced)
1 jalapeno (chopped-optional)
1/3 cup gochujang (korean chili paste)
2 tbsp. hot pepper flakes
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 fresh cracked pepper
2 tsp. sesame oil
sesame seeds for garnish

add al the ingredients above, in order, to a large skillet. turn heat to high and mix with a wooden spoon until the pork is cooked. (about 10 mins.). serve with lettuce or over a bowl of rice.
